On the morning of June 10, 2025, the commissioning ceremony for Xinhuang New Material's 100,000 mt oxygen-free copper rod project and Xinhuang Recycling's 1 million mt furnace charge and steel scrap project was grandly inaugurated at Guangshui Xinhuang Recycling Resources Industrial Park. More than 130 people gathered at the scene, including Wei Bao, Director of the Suizhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Yang Guangsheng, Secretary of the Guangshui Municipal Party Committee, Cui Chuanjin, Deputy Secretary of the Guangshui Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Xie Huangcheng, Chairman of Xinhuang Group, Gui Qin, Chairman of Guangshui Xinhuang Company, as well as key leaders from various financial institutions in Suizhou, relevant departments in Guangshui, and partners, to jointly celebrate this significant industrial event.

At the scene, Chairman Xie introduced the long-term development layout planning, business philosophy, operational model, and the construction progress of various projects at Xinhuang Recycling Resources Industrial Park. Chairman Xie stated that the commissioning of these two projects is an important layout for Xinhuang Group in the non-ferrous metal processing sector, a strong guarantee for Guangshui Xinhuang to strive towards the goal of becoming a 10 billion yuan enterprise in Suizhou, and a crucial step for Xinhuang Group to realize its industrial ecological planning.
